At present we do not offer a logo design service,  we do however convert logos to our embroidery machine format.

Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail for most orders. Larger orders are sent via Parcel Force.

How long will it take to process my order?

On most orders it will typically take a day to send you a digital proof for your approval, a day for us to carry out the work. After this we will post out your garment for free via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. This is a 2-3 working day service. You can however select 1st Class delivery when on checkout.
